INSTALLATION PACKAGE

• 5/8” wide self-adhering butyl tape in 40' rolls. Two rows per each curb side typical.
• Amount required determined by following formula using CURB OD (L + W):
       ((L+W) * 4 + 40)/12 = Minimum estimated feet of tape per curb required.

• UV tolerant polyurethane or acrylic long-life sealant for sealing curb edges.
• Each tube of caulk will seal approximately 20’ or 240” total.
• Example: (1) tube of caulk will seal (2) 20” od metal roof curbs of (1) 48” OD curb.
• Amount required determined by following formula using CURB OD (L + W):
       ((L+W) * 2 + 40/4 = Estimated number of INCHES of caulk required.

• #12 x 2-3/4 self-drilling washer-head screw with anti-corrosion finish.
• Amount required determined by following formula using CURB OD (L + W):
       ((L+W) * 4 + 40)/4 = Estimated number of fasteners per curb required.
