FEATURES OF RTU CURB FOR METAL ROOF—TYPE MR-RTU

• All welded 14, 16, or 18 ga. galvanized steel construction pitched to match roof slope.
• Water tight welded rib pockets to match roof profile.
• 3-1/2" wide base flashing on sides to cover roof panel.
• 8" wide upper flashing with cricket style water diverter welded to base.
• 1-1/2" fiberglass sound attenuating thermal insulation on inside perimeter of curb.
• Duct hangers, full-height cross members or insulated panels fabricated as needed to match RTU manufacturer's factory curb.
• Curb position relative to roof ribs MUST be determined prior to order.
